you can pay either the whole amount, or a small deposit (around £20) and I
will phone you when it is ready so that you can send the balance. I am sorry but I don’t accept cards as
this is very expensive to small businesses.
You are welcome to collect
your items from my studio in Redhill if you like, or I will carefully pack
and send them by next day Special Delivery for £8. Any non-customised standard item can be returned (it would be a
first though!) by special delivery, unworn and in its original condition
within 7 days of receipt for a refund. How does a custom order
work? Here’s an example: Abbie and I met at the
National Wedding Show at Olympia 2002 and came up with a custom design based
on Victoria, incorporating light amethyst Swarovski stones. When I phoned her to say it was on its way
we discussed designs for necklaces, swapped sketches by email and liaised
with various bridesmaids. I made
three sterling silver necklaces and a bracelet with the same stones as the
tiara, 3 pairs of sterling silver faceted amethyst earring studs and 8 hair
pins mounted on v-pins and Kirby grips.
Visit and try
on the tiaras! A wide range is on display at my workshop. You will need an appointment as I’m not always around, but don’t let this put you off – like the headdresses, I’m very flexible! I am based in Redhill, Surrey (about 30 minutes by train from London Bridge or Victoria). Please email me or telephone 01737 762078 between 10am and 9pm.
